Canada Pension Plan Retirement, Survivor and Disability Beneficiaries Mortality Study: Actuarial Study No. 16

The Office of the Chief Actuary (OCA) has released the Canada Pension Plan Retirement, Survivor and Disability Beneficiaries Mortality Study Actuarial Study No. 16. According to the actuarial study, over the last two decades, life expectancy at age 65 of CPP retirement beneficiaries increased by 2.5 years, a more substantial improvement than what has been observed since the inception of the CPP in 1966.
