Whistleblowing

To report misconduct, unethical behaviour or regulatory compliance concerns at a federally regulated financial institution, please provide as much detailed information as possible and submit it via email to EDM.GDE@osfi-bsif.gc.ca.

All submissions will be thoroughly reviewed and handled with strict confidentiality, protecting the whistleblower’s identity in accordance with applicable laws and OSFI's whistleblower policies. Please do not include attachments as we do not open them from unknown sources due to the potential risk to our network.
