Downloading the most up to date version of the Listings spreadsheets - In the event of issues relating to "file caching" within the user's computer system (storing old versions of the file), OSFI suggests that users contact their local IT support group to ensure their web browser settings are set to force the download the most recent version of files from Web sites.
