Application for Registration (Defined Contribution Plans)

​A pension plan that has been established for employees employed in included employment is subject to the requirements of the PBSA. The PBSA provides that the Superintendent shall register a pension plan if all of the required documents have been filed by the pension plan’s administrator, including a declaration of compliance.
