Our collective agreement
As part of the federal public service, we have a collective agreement with the government through the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada union.
Salaries and bonuses
We offer competitive salaries for all levels of employees, based on:

With our performance management process, we offer employees performance pay. As an employee, you may be eligible for an annual bonus, a pay raise, or both, depending on your yearly goals and achievements. See Appendix D of our collective agreement for more information on performance pay.
