2024-25 Property and Casualty Sector Consultation (PCSC)

In 2024–25, OSFI conducted a qualitative consultation with the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sector to evaluate its effectiveness as a regulator. The study aimed to gather overall impressions of OSFI’s performance, assess key regulatory and supervisory measures from senior stakeholders, and explore sector-specific topics such as risk areas and emerging issues. The last study was conducted in 2018.
